Hervé Chemouli – depuis plus de 30 ans, Hervé accompagne et conseille des PME notamment dans le secteur de l’industrie et des managers implantés en France et à l’étranger dans toutes leurs problématiques liées au droit des sociétés, aux négociations de contrats et opérations internationales. Hervé intervient également auprès de sociétés en difficulté et de candidats à la reprise d’entreprises. Fort de ses fonctions ordinales, Hervé conseille également de nombreux professionnels libéraux. En effet, au cours de sa carrière Hervé s’est engagé au sein de sa profession et a été Président du syndicat des Avocats Conseils d’Entreprises à Paris, élu membre du Conseil de l’Ordre des Avocats et membre du Conseil National des Barreaux. Il prendra la présidence de l’Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA) en 2021. Hervé nous parle de l'avenir de la profession d'avocat et des enjeux pour l'UIA dans les années à venir.
