OneTwentySixFive--Teaching and Preaching the Word of God

About OneTwentySixFive--Teaching and Preaching the Word of God

This podcast proclaims the Gospel of Jesus Christ through faithful teaching and preaching from the Holy Bible. Each message presents clear, Scripture-centered sermons and Bible lessons designed to encourage believers, strengthen faith, and exalt the truth of God’s Word. It is my prayer that listeners will be blessed, challenged, and spiritually edified through biblical teaching rooted in sound doctrine. For those who have not yet received Christ as Savior, may the preaching of Scripture reveal the need for salvation found only in Jesus Christ and His finished work of redemption, and may the Holy Spirit accomplish His regenerating work in the heart. This podcast is a resource for Bible study, Christian living, Gospel preaching, and spiritual growth, with the ultimate purpose of glorifying God in all things. May God richly bless you, dear listener, and may He be glorified through this ministry.

   2 Kings 5:9-14

2 Kings 5:9-14 Preacher: Spencer Baumgardner Sunday Evening Date: 27th September 2026 Passage: 2 Kings 5:9-14 (https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=2+Kings+5%3A9-14&version=KJV) ------------------- "So Naaman came with his horses and with his chariot, and stood at the door of the house of Elisha. And Elisha sent a messenger unto him, saying, Go and wash in Jordan seven times, and thy flesh shall come again to thee, and thou shalt be clean. But Naaman was wroth, and went away, and said, Behold, I thought, He will surely come out to me, and stand, and call on the name of the LORD his God, and strike his hand over the place, and recover the leper. Are not Abana and Pharpar, rivers of Damascus, better than all the waters of Israel? may I not wash in them, and be clean? So he turned and went away in a rage. And his servants came near, and spake unto him, and said, My father, if the prophet had bid thee do some great thing, wouldest thou not have done it? how much rather then, when he saith to thee, Wash, and be clean? Then went he down, and dipped himself seven times in Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God: and his flesh came again like unto the flesh of a little child, and he was clean." 2 Kings 5:9-14

   Isaiah 9:1-7

Isaiah 9:1-7 Preacher: Spencer Baumgardner Sunday Evening Date: 20th September 2026 Passage: Isaiah 9:1-7 (https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Isaiah+9%3A1-7&version=KJV) ------------------- "Nevertheless the dimness shall not be such as was in her vexation, when at the first he lightly afflicted the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, and afterward did more grievously afflict her by the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, in Galilee of the nations. The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light: they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the light shined. Thou hast multiplied the nation, and not increased the joy: they joy before thee according to the joy in harvest, and as men rejoice when they divide the spoil. For thou hast broken the yoke of his burden, and the staff of his shoulder, the rod of his oppressor, as in the day of Midian. For every battle of the warrior is with confused noise, and garments rolled in blood; but this shall be with burning and fuel of fire. For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this." Isaiah 9:1-7

   Romans 5:6-11

Romans 5:6-11 Preacher: Spencer Baumgardner Sunday Evening Date: 13th September 2026 Passage: Romans 5:6-11 (https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Romans+5%3A6-11&version=KJV) ------------------- "For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement." Romans 5:6-11
