Ongehoord Nederland ligt onder vuur. De omroep zou herhaalde malen “onjuiste informatie” hebben verspreid en zich schuldig hebben gemaakt aan schending van de journalistieke code van de NPO. Onzin, vindt jurist, filosoof en emeritus hoogleraar Paul Cliteur. “Het publieke omroepbestel heeft helemaal geen bestaansrecht meer als Ongehoord Nederland zou verdwijnen.” Samen met tv-presentatrice Raisa Blommestijn is Cliteur stamtafelgast in de 49ste editie van Ongehoord Nieuwscafé.

Predikanten en theologen hebben in Nederland een linkse reputatie. Simon van Groningen, stamtafelgast in de 48ste editie van Ongehoord Nieuwscafé, is uit heel ander hout gesneden. Dat “wokereligie” en “klimaatreligie” de kerken zijn binnengedrongen, bevalt de baptistenvoorganger in het geheel niet. “Er is een heel ánder doel in het leven dan alleen maar zorgen dat de aarde over duizend jaar niet twee graden is opgewarmd of afgekoeld.”
