家有生氣小恐龍
「不行，我說不行就是不行！」這是親子相處時，大人很容易對孩子說的一句話！這句話充滿了管教與制止的意味，但換個角度看，誰說孩子不能用他的方式，來表達不高興、不滿，以及討厭被限制的感覺呢？ 本書從一個孩子的觀點來詮釋他的生氣怒火、他的生氣情緒，以及他一連串的微妙心情變化與轉折。孩子也是人，也有權利表達情緒，表達生活中的喜怒哀樂！本書作者藉著孩子的「他我」投射，也就是一隻生氣、到處搗亂的小恐龍，來表達孩子期待自己生氣時的所作所為都能夠被理解。而父母呢？或許除了給予孩子適當管教之外，也應該充分理解自己的孩子，尊重他也有表達生氣情緒的權利與方式。畢竟，快樂時手舞足蹈，生氣時宣洩情緒也是很自然的，不是嗎？ 不過，這不代表父母就應任由孩子耍賴任性喔！請記得，父母管教孩子時，孩子因而生氣發怒，不是因為他痛恨父母或不再愛父母，而其實只是在表達他不高興被限制、被禁止的情緒罷了！孩子氣生完，情緒就煙消雲散了，往後，孩子心裡就會慢慢知道父母的要求、規矩是什麼了！這之後，不管孩子成長過程中，要變身幾次恐龍或怪獸，父母或許就比較能用同理心去了解，甚至見怪不怪了！
