What I learned is that I just need to treat my messaging for my audience like I was sitting across the table with my BFF! So before I can do that… I have to really know them like my BFF… understand their struggles, discover their strengths, speak their language, and feel their emotions. I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling and a Master's Degree in I/O Psychology, along with nearly 20 years of experience as an educator and counselor. Most importantly, I have been implementing all these techniques and strategies in both my personal and professional life for decades. Communicating and connecting with others is just part of my DNA!
