<p>Eerder maakten wij al een aflevering over de verdwenen supermarktmerken. In deze nieuwe aflevering buigen wij ons over wat er in de jaren tachtig zoal in de schappen lag. Denk aan verdwenen merknamen als Tjolk en Domo Vla. Of aan dingen die in de jaren tachtig iconisch werden vanwege de commercials. </p>

Aflevering 18: de grote spelshows
<p>'Spanning alom!' riep quizmaster Fred Oster vaak in de grote spelshows op televisie. De vader van Rogier kon het dan meestal niet laten om een corrigerende opmerking te maken: 'hij zegt 'spanning alom', maar hij bedoelt natuurlijk dat het een en al lulligheid alom is!'. </p> <p>Je hield ervan of je haatte het: de grote miljoenen guldens kostende spelshows die het televisiepubliek in de jaren tachtig aan de buis gekluisterd hielden. De shows van Fred, Ted, Willem, Ron en Jos. Het was niet allemaal even hoogdravend, maar wel goed gemaakt. Steef en Rogier proberen zich nog van alles te herinneren over dit verdwenen fenomeen. </p>

Aflevering 17: electronica
<p>De jaren tachtig was een tijdperk van grote ontwikkelingen op electronica-gebied. De cassetterecorder uit de jaren zeventig ontwikkelde zich tot de enorm hippe walkman. We konden voor het eerst digitaal geluid horen met de komst van de Compact Disc en beeld opnemen deden we voor het eerst met de videorecorder. Overigens allemaal uitvindingen die bij ons niet in huis kwamen omdat onze ouders dat allemaal maar onzin en zonde van het geld vonden. Maar de herinneringen zijn toch mooi. </p>
