Ep.2 - The Great Poppers Debate
This week on Oops!! We're Talking Again... we're back, barely holding it together—but the content? Still top-tier.
We lightly touch on Lady Gaga's Coachella Week 2 appearance, and spoiler alert: she's still mother.
Next, we had to touch down (ironically) on Katy Perry's decision to leave Earth, and how the whole thing feels like the fever dream of someone who's spent too much time in a sensory deprivation tank. Space tourism? In this economy? We dig into the flop energy and how it perfectly illustrates out-of-touch celebrity detachment.
Then comes the main event: The Great Poppers Debate. Are poppers still in? Jason says no (blame the straights), Oscar says yes (the gays will never surrender). Tensions rise!
We also spiral about dynamic ticket pricing and how it's ruining live music for everyone who doesn't have a trust fund, plus we discuss whether ChatGPT is our helpful assistant or our AI overlord.
