Het Rosariumdrama
Slechts luttele uren voor de bevrijding van Utrecht op 7 mei 1945 werden tien buurtgenoten nabij het Utrechtse Rosarium doorgeschoten door Duitse troepen. Genadeloos. Een grote zwerfkei op de hoek van de Prinses Marijkelaan in Oudwijk herdenkt de jonge gevallenen, allen lid van de Binnenlandse Strijdkrachten, destijds onder leiding van Prins Bernard. Op de plaquette staan hun namen. Youri van Dorssen is voorzitter van het Utrechtse 4 & 7 mei comité en spreekt elk jaar op deze plek over de schietpartij - in de volksmond: Rosariumdrama - voorafgaand aan de kranslegging. Het drama houdt de gemoederen nog altijd bezig. Want, wat gebeurde er precies? Met welke opdracht was de groep op pad gegaan? Wie loste het eerste schot? Wat was de rol van de huishoudster van NSB-leider Anton Mussert? En waarom is er na de oorlog zo lang over gezwegen?

Trui van Lier
Onderzoeker Jim Terlingen schreef een boek over Trui van Lier, een verzetsvrouw uit Utrecht Oost. In de oorlog startte ze een crèche met de naam Kindjeshaven. Hiermee loodste ze 150 joodse kindjes veilig door de oorlog. Zonder een schot te lossen! Hoe deed ze dat, met zoveel Duitse officieren en foute NSB'ers als directe buren? En hoe wist Jim voor zijn boek zoveel details boven water te krijgen, zoals de originele reclamefolder van Kindjeshaven?
