Kristina Athena Licare is a writer, speaker and thought leader in the personal development space who teaches people how to break free from their past, their pain, their patterns and their programming—so they can live awake, happy, empowered and free. So they can live, meet and create their lives on purpose from the truth of who they really are instead of what they’ve been conditioned to be—and she’s on a mission to create a more peaceful, loving and harmonious existence for all of humanity. She is also a nature conservationist, a vegan and an animal rights activist working to end the abuse and exploitation of all sentient beings.
