The steps you need to make your habits actually work Ep 116
Here’s the truth....
Big changes don’t come from big actions. They come from the small, consistent things you do every day. It’s called the power of marginal gains and whilst that might sound a whole lot less exciting, it’s a game-changer if you want to achieve your goals this year.
Marginal gains come from making small, incremental improvements in various areas of your life. While each change might seem insignificant on its own, the compound effect is what gives you the big changes you're looking for.
All you need to do is choose one area you want to improve and pick a habit that aligns with your values and goals. Now set a tiny goal - make it the smallest actionable step you can make it. Track your progress whether that's on an app or in a journal. And celebrate your wins because the goal is consistency not perfection.
Studies show that about 40% of our daily actions are driven by habits, not conscious decisions. This could be your missing piece of the puzzle and why you haven't achieved your goals in the past. So shall we change that?

The secret to thinking bigger & achieving more in 2025 Ep 117
Most people dream too small.
They set safe, achievable goals because they’re afraid to fail. But here’s the thing: the only way to create the life you truly want is to dream so big it scares you.
It's the final week of The Playbook Challenge and today we're talking how to dream big, visualize your ideal life and develop the mindset to make it happen in 2025. This is your four-part series designed to set you up for success in 2025.
Big dreams fuel motivation and give life purpose. When you allow yourself to dream beyond what feels possible, you tap into creativity, resilience, and potential you didn’t know you had.According to a study by Dr. Gail Matthews, people who vividly describe their goals are 1.4 times more likely to achieve them than those who don’t. Visualization works.
And I share why you need an abundant mindset to make your dreams come true. It's the belief that there’s enough success, resources and opportunities for everyone. It shifts your focus from scarcity (“I can’t”) to possibility (“I can”).
If you’ve been following along with The Playbook Challenge, I’d love to hear what you've loved & learnt. Drop a comment below and let me know your biggest takeaway from this series. Defining your values so you get what you want Ep 115
Most people talk about values, but few actually live by them.
Think about it—how many times have you written down a value like ‘honesty’ or ‘kindness,’ only to make decisions that don’t align with it? If that hit a nerve, then this week's challenge might be for you.
Today, we’re not just talking about values; we’re diving into how to define, live, and make decisions based on them. By the end, you’ll know how to use your values as a compass to set powerful intentions for 2025.
Your values are the foundation of who you are and how you navigate the world. They’re not just words on a page; they’re the principles that guide your actions and decisions.
They help you stay grounded during tough decisions.
They bring clarity when life feels overwhelming.
They ensure you’re living authentically, not just reacting to external pressure
When you define them and live by them, decision-making becomes clearer and life feels more aligned. This week, take the time to uncover what truly matters to you and set intentions that honor those values. Are you ready for challenge no.2?
