Entscheiden unter Unsicherheit
<p>Entscheidungen zu treffen gehört zum Berufsalltag von Planerinnen und Planern. Welche Waren nehme ich in mein Verkaufssortiment auf? Welchen Sicherheitsbestand brauche ich für meine Produktion? Von welchen Standorten aus sollen welche Märkte bedient werden? Die Liste ließe sich beliebig fortsetzen. Allen Entscheidungen ist jedoch gemein, dass sie im Regelfall getroffen werden müssen, ohne dass die entscheidenden Personen alle Informationen zu Rahmenbedingungen, Risiken und Eintrittswahrscheinlichkeiten besitzen. Wie man trotz dieser Unsicherheiten gute Entscheidungen treffen kann, darüber möchte ich heute mit meinen Gästen diskutieren. Optimierungspotenzial erkennen
<p>„Das Bessere ist des Guten Feind“ lautet ein bekanntes und oft zitiertes Sprichwort. In vielen Unternehmen gibt es gute und eingespielte Prozesse - aber die Frage ist: Geht es nicht besser? Wie Unternehmen aus dem vagen Gefühl, dass es Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten in Strukturen und Prozessen geben könnte, messbare Effizienzsteigerungen machen können, das wollen wir in der heutigen Folge von OPTCast diskutieren. Herausforderungen und Trends 2024
<p>Wir leben in bewegten Zeiten. Die letzten vier Jahre waren von einer Vielzahl disruptiver Ereignisse geprägt. Das neue "Normal" ist gekennzeichnet von großen Unsicherheiten in gesellschaftlicher, politischer und wirtschaftlicher Hinsicht. Und auch das Jahr 2024 schickt sich an, diesen Trend fortzusetzen. Deshalb wollen wir heute einen Ausblick wagen: Welche Herausforderungen werden Unternehmen im Jahr 2024 beschäftigen und welche Trends lassen sich daraus ableiten?
