<p>One of the insights that changed the way I think of health was finding out yeast candida was the reason I would feel gassy, bloated, and constipated...</p> <p>What made this so impactful was realizing that the first time I&#39;d seen the word yeast candida was in beer brewing book.</p> <p>This yeast strain was the same yeast strain that would spoil a batch of beer. </p> <p>When I understood that piece, gut health made sense in a way that I can&#39;t even begin to describe... the probiotics and bad bacteria we find in brewing are the same we find in our gut.
