Welcome to OFF podcast where no question is off-limits.
Life is full of questions that don't always have a right or wrong answer—and that's exactly what we're here to explore. Each episode dives into thought-provoking topics that make us reflect on our relationships, choices, beliefs, and everyday experiences.
Through personal stories, honest conversations, and my own perspective, I explore the questions many of us ask but don't always say out loud. The goal isn't to tell you what to think—it's to encourage meaningful conversations, challenge assumptions, and spark new perspectives that you can carry into your own life. As a follower of Christ, I also look at these topics through a biblical lens, seeking God's wisdom while recognizing that we're all growing and learning along the way.
Whether we're talking about trust, relationships, boundaries, personal growth, or life's everyday dilemmas, you'll leave each episode with something to think about.
If you enjoy authentic conversations, different viewpoints, and finding meaning in the questions we all ask, you're in the right place.
Bonus Story: When Someone Crosses the Line… and You Freeze
Bonus Story: When Someone Crosses Your Boundaries and You Freeze
Have you ever experienced something so unexpected that you were left completely speechless? 😳
In this bonus story of O.F.F. Podcast, I'm sharing a personal experience from one of my solo date nights that left me shocked, uncomfortable, and questioning how I should have responded.
What started as a simple night of enjoying good music, meeting new people, and embracing my own company quickly turned into an uncomfortable encounter I never saw coming.
This experience made me think about boundaries, personal growth, and how we respond when someone makes us uncomfortable. Sometimes, we imagine exactly how we'd react in certain situations, but when they actually happen, our response may surprise us.
And that brings me to a question: When someone crosses your boundaries and you're so shocked that you freeze, what do you do? 💭
This isn't about having all the answers. It's about sharing an honest experience, opening the door for conversation, and recognizing that growth can also mean choosing how we respond rather than reacting out of character.
So get comfortable, tune in, and let's talk about it.
As we keep going, keep growing, keep learning, and most importantly, keep becoming.

Love Perspective
What does love mean to you—and where did that definition come from?
In Episode 21, I'm sharing my perspective on love, healing, and the idea that being able to "go through hell" with someone doesn't always mean that relationship is meant for you. Sometimes there's a difference between going through hard times with someone and that person being the hard thing you keep going through.
We're talking self-awareness, the love we accept, and why understanding yourself may be one of the most important parts of understanding love.
🎙️ Episode 21: Love Perspective
Get comfortable, grab your coffee, and let's talk. Let's talk about love from a different perspective. 💜

Trust: Given Freely or Earned Over Time?
When you meet someone, do you automatically trust them, or do they have to earn it? Is trust something we freely give until it's broken, or should it be earned through consistent actions and time?
Trust has the power to open doors, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful connections—but it can also leave us vulnerable. While some believe everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt, others feel trust must be built one step at a time.
Join us as we explore different perspectives, challenge common assumptions, and share honest conversations about what trust really means. By the end of the episode, you'll be asking yourself one important question: Where do you stand?

Are You Working Hard or Just Striving?
✨ Are you truly working hard—or are you caught in a cycle of constant striving?
........The editing may be a little OFF… pun absolutely intended 😂.........
There's a difference between working hard and constantly striving… but sometimes, the line between the two can be hard to recognize.
🎙️ In this episode, I unpack what it looks like to pursue life from a place of hard work and purpose rather than pressure and striving. I also explore Marilyn Monroe's story and how her journey can help us better understand the difference between striving for a specific outcome and taking purposeful action.
💭 Are you moving with purpose—or running under pressure to make something happen?
If you've ever wrestled with that question, this conversation is for you.
✨ It's time to shift into purposeful action and break free from the pressure of constant striving.

Walking With God Through the Unknown (and Losing My Mind a Little)
In this episode, I'm sharing some honest thoughts about what it feels like to walk with God when life is uncertain. No polished answers, no pretending to have it all figured out—just a real conversation about the struggles, concerns, and realities of trusting God in seasons of the unknown.
If you've ever felt frustrated waiting on God, confused about what's next, or challenged to trust Him when the path ahead isn't clear, you're not alone. This is simply me processing, venting a little, and reflecting on how faith can grow even when certainty is nowhere to be found.
Let's talk about uncertainty—and what it means to keep walking with God anyway. 💛🙏🏽

Is being Single in Your 30's a Red Flag or Divine Timing?
Is being single in your 30's a red flag or is it refinement, discernment, and divine timing at work?
In this episode, I unpack the pressure that comes with age, the assumptions people make, and the quiet thoughts we don't always say out loud.
I talk about intentional dating, emotional maturity, healing before commitment, and trusting divine timing instead of societal timelines.
Being single in your 30s isn't a flaw and doesn't mean you failed. It might just mean you refused to settle.
This conversation is for anyone choosing alignment over urgency and anyone growing, evolving, and trusting that what's meant for you will not miss you.
