06. la performance: che cos'è, che cosa non è
Si parla troppo di "performace". Perfino a sproposito, passando con leggerezza dagli obiettivi ai comportamenti, dai risultati al clima organizzativo. Niente di tutto questo: la performance è la capacità di rivestire il ruolo assegnato all'interno di una organizzazione. E la valutazione non può essere espressa da un estraneo o da un terzo. Proprio perchè la valutazione è un sistema di relazione (ma di questo ne parleremo la prossima volta)

05. Etica o morale? - la "neo-etica"
Etica e morale sono sinonimi che in verità esprimono significati diversi.<br />Un tempo era la morale a dettare le regole del "buon senso". Oggi l'etica, che è orientata alla coerenza dei comportamenti rispetto ai valori, è stata sostituita da una sorta di frenesia degli adempimenti e delle prescrizioni, a cui viene associato un giudizio morale nei confrotni di chi non vi si allinea. Una forma di nuovo moralismo, legato, non ai valori, ma agli adempimenti.<br />Praticamente: una "neo-etica"

04. La "buromatica"
Per liberarci dai mali della burocrazia ci siamo affidati alla semplificazione mediante l'innovazione e l'automazione, con il risultato di avere creato un nuovo mostro: la "buromatica"<br />La burocrazia nasce con il fine nobile (molte volte disatteso) di organizzare le attività lavorative nel rispetto delle regole e dei fini da perseguire.<br />Oggi la tecnica ha ingoiato la burocrazia e pretende di dettare regole condizioni. Anche quando le regole non sono previste da alcuna norma o persino ne sono in contrasto o peggio, quando dono illogiche.<br />Ma a differenza della vecchia burocrazia, la "buromatica" non ci consente di intelroquire e ritiene ogni intervento umano un fastidio o un rischio da evitare.<br />Tutto deve scorrere secondo un modello predefinito: one best way!
