I'm your host, Aurelie Devon and I am a Reiki Master, Sensual Energy Healer, Priestess of Pleasure, Transformational Guide and Kundalini Dancer. I believe that when you expand your consciousness around sex and intimacy, that every area of your life changes. My life is proof of this and I love sharing my stories, experiences and tools I have gained through my own healing journey and in working with clients over the past 10 years. Be with Your Body from Love

Being in a body can be challenging, especially if your body struggles with inflammation, pain, autoimmune disease, injury, weight issues, or any other physical ailments. In this episode I share a technique on how to take your power back and be in a loving conscious relationship with your body. I know more than anyone what it's like to live in a body that feels heavy, burdened and dense. I also know what it's like to struggle with weight fluctuations, chronic inflammation and skin challenges, yet I have also healed and know how to be blissful and embody heightened states of ecstasy in the face of whatever the body is doing. I learned how to do this by connecting to my higher self, by going outside of the automatic Ego and moving into the observer. From the observer you have conscious choice and in choice you have power. This is only one of the many techniques I use and the only time it may not work is if there is emotional trauma or deeper healing that needs to be dealt with first. So my invitation is always to try consciously choosing first and then do the deeper work if the conscious choice isn't working. If you have been feeling disconnected or frustrated with your body, this episode will help you reconnect to your soul and feel lighter, more loving and more trusting of your body and life.
