So for people listening, what are some ways that women can begin preparing their bodies and minds during pregnancy to create that more positive and empowered birth experience? Absolutely. I want to say the number one thing is education. Because when you are informed, you can make so many better decisions for you. Because as I said, what might be right for me is not right for the next person. And that's okay. But when you're informed, you can make the right choice for you. So and then you're going to also understand how to support your body physically and emotionally and And mentally and your support people around you, because then you're able to say, oh, wow, I know that I need to be doing these exercises right now because, you know, so many people, Debra, I feel like they just say, oh, I need to be doing Kegels because that's going to help me have a strong pelvic floor and birth better.
