157. 破壊と創造で、生きていく 何かを変えたいなら、今あるものを一度壊してみるのも必要なのかもしれない。
20年以上ぶりに触れたコーネリアスの音楽から蘇った、15歳の頃の感覚。
旅に出て、移動することで広がっていく出会いや可能性。
これから身につけたいスキルと、その先にぼんやり見えている未来。
人生って、最初から完璧なロードマップを描いて進むものじゃなくて、
目の前のことをやって、動いて、出会って、
ときには自分で作ったものを壊しながら、
次の景色へ進んでいくものなのかもしれません。
今回はそんな「破壊と創造」について、
YumiとYoshiがいつものようにあちこち寄り道しながら話しました。

156. 「あれもこれも」で頭がいっぱい！どうしたらいい？ 「あれもしなきゃ、これもしなきゃ」
やることが一気に頭の中へ押し寄せて、何から手をつければいいのかわからなくなる。
そんな時、みんなどうしてる？
予定を整理する？
とりあえず休む？
まったく違うことをして、頭を切り替える？
今回は、やることが多すぎて頭がいっぱいになった時のことから、何もしない時間のつくり方、創作の初期衝動、睡眠、気分転換まで。
長野を旅するヨシの近況とともに、頭と心に「余白」をつくる方法について、ゆるく話してみました。
