Hvordan kan vi inkludere flere i arbeidslivet?
I aldersgruppen 20-66 år er 61 prosent av innvandrerkvinnene sysselsatt, sammenlignet med 76 prosent blant kvinner i den øvrige befolkningen. Hvordan kan vi få flere innvandrerkvinner i jobb? De siste sju årene har antall unge uføre doblet seg. Hvorfor øker antall unge uføre og finnes det noen måte å få en del av disse menneskene tilbake i arbeidslivet? Statssekretær Saida Begum og stortingsrepresentant Heidi Nordby Lunde diskuterer hvordan vi kan inkludere flere i arbeidslivet.

Skole i koronaens tid
Det siste året har hjemmeskole preget skolehverdagen. Elever og lærere har gått gjennom en enorm omstilling; fra fysisk til digital undervisning, og fra felles lunsj og friminutt, til å ikke kunne møte venner og kolleger på skolen. Vårens skriftlige eksamener er nå avlyst, og det er usikkert når skoledagen er tilbake til normalen. Etter at boligprisene i Oslo steg med 12 prosent i 2020, har den eksplosive prisveksten fortsatt inn i 2021. Ubalansen mellom tilbud og etterspørsel etter boliger i Oslo, gjør det stadig vanskeligere for førstegangskjøpere å komme seg inn på boligmarkedet.
