<p>Balance is an ongoing process. It is not something you figure out this year and use for the rest of your life. It is something that needs to be updated as much as possible. This is why it is important to set both short and long term goals, it aids a logical approach to balance. Also, remember that success and failure are part of the balance. We need to pay a good amount of attention to both our success and our failure. Whether small or big. You don’t have to dwell in your failure as much as you do in your success but definitely take time to analyze it. Connecting both will help determine the balance, the differences, the similarities between both outcomes. The constant in finding balance is change. Staying steady during these changes is balance. </p>

Being aware of this is really important. There are many factors that contribute to mental well-being problems. It could be biological, it could be life experiences and it could be one's environment in general. This is why it is good to be as self-aware as possible. Mental well-being is important for maintaining a good quality of life and self-awareness is key in addressing it.

It never was.</p> <p>Please, actually take the time to understand. Do not get so caught up in the order of 3 words. #blacklivesmatter is bigger than the words.</p> <p>In knowledge there is power and we need all the power we can get.</p>
