WELCOME TO OTHER FATHERS This is a platform that exists to initiate honest conversation around fatherhood. For this episode, I sat down with my friend: Antwan Brothers Upon meeting Antwan, I instantly felt that he was a genuine, humble, and kind dude. But what impressed me most was how I witnessed firsthand his loving care for his wife and kids. From that moment I knew I wanted to learn from him. We sat down to coffee that next week, and through getting to know His story it became clear to me that what he has learned and been through could help other dads. This episode is all about how we as dads can own up to our mistakes, and in that process: knowing when to take responsibility for our actions. This conversation was as fun and as it was insightfully deep - I am excited for you to hear it! If you want to support the show - please give a rating, review, or post on social media. Thanks! WELCOME TO OTHER FATHERS This is a platform that exists to initiate honest conversation around fatherhood. For this episode, I sat down with my friend: Gerald Griffin. This episode is all about the areas of fatherhood from the ups and downs of transitioning into parenting, to what community looks like for parenting, and being more influential on your kids than the current culture of your city is. In August of 2023 I got to have dinner with Gerald and a few friends. During our time together, I was impressed with his passion for the city he lived in, despite its contrary views to his beliefs. After that dinner I knew I wanted to learn from Him on what it meant to raise Children in an environment that is less than ideal. Where many are leaving their cities due to politics, a culture oppositional to beliefs, or overall wellbeing, what about those of us who don’t have the option to simply skip town? This conversation was deeply insightful for me as a dad and I am hoping that it adds value to where you are currently in the fatherhood journey. Thanks for checking out today’s episode - enjoy!
