Die Anrede („Herr“ oder „Frau“) und der Grundsatz der Datenminimierung
<p>Die Datenschutzbehörde Österreich (Bescheid vom 25.112.2025, Az. GZ 2025-0.950.759 / DSB-D124.1244/25) musste sich mit der Pflichtangabe der geschlechtsspezifischen Anrede – konkret „Herr“ oder „Frau“ – unter dem Aspekte der Datenminimierung (Artt. 5 Abs. 1 lit. c, 6 DSGVO) und des Datenschutzes durch Technikgestaltung und Voreinstellung befassen.
