Friends Are Benefits
<p>Oh, where would we be without our friends? I will say personally I do not ever want to find out! Turns out spending quality time with friends is not only good for our emotional health, but also super beneficial for our physical health. I mean, who knew a good chat with your pal could help with your inflammation?? Still not sure how that works, but there’s some research out there done by people with much higher intellect than us! And of course, we have some great examples for the spiritual benefits, as well. We Did a Run, But Did We Die?
<p>Are you a runner? We are not runners, but we recently ran a 5K! A very HILLY 5K at that! Who knew? Well, we sure found out... thank goodness it was a drizzly October morning when we set out on this true adventure. We had many laughs, almost tears, encouraging feels and terrifying moments throughout that we are excited to share with you all!
