Our People Our Purpose

About Our People Our Purpose

So often at work we show up with only a small piece of who we are, and we miss out on the opportunity for deeper connection. Welcome to Our People Our Purpose, hosted by me, Kathy Bolhous. I wanted to find a way to connect on a deeper level with our employees on what really matters as they navigate life inside and outside of work. Through candid and thought-provoking conversations, Our People Our Purpose uncovers captivating stories of growth, transformation, and self-discovery. Together, we embark on a journey of authenticity and vulnerability, shedding light on the unique qualities that make each of our employees special. From embracing their passions to navigating career shifts or personal milestones, each episode delves into the profound moments that have shaped and inspired these incredible CNG employees. We see ourselves in their stories because it’s the pivotal moments, the struggles and adversity that we face, that makes us realize that we’re all on this journey through life together. Subscribe to Our People Our Purpose to join us as we reignite the power of human connection in the workplace. You can accompany us on this meaningful exploration anywhere you listen to podcasts!
