<p>We made it to our 10th episode, and it’s our final episode of our first season. It’s been an incredible journey, and we’re so glad you have made it this far with us. In this episode, we go meta and talk about the anxieties of starting and making a podcast, including how much we hate hearing our own voices (according to science, this is apparently normal?). <p>Did you know that 'social physique anxiety' was a term, because we didn't! In this week's episode we discuss our anxieties around body image, eating well and exercising. We know, we know...3 millennial women with body image issues? Shocking! While we have a lot to say on the topic, we also want to reiterate that we are not professionals in this field, we're simply sharing our own experiences in the hopes that our listeners can relate. Join us as we dive into our journeys with body image, and find out how or *if* we've grown to love our bodies over the years.</p>

We dive into our experiences with recycling and composting, and generally trying to be environmentally conscious humans.
