You may worry about how the situation will affect your family, leading to further panic. The conversation stresses the importance of being proactive about your health and well-being, instead of waiting for a crisis to occur.</p> <p>The conversation explores some of the emotions and reactions you might have when you receive a doctor's report with concerning news. It's a common experience to feel a rush of stress and urgency as soon as a doctor says something like, "You have really high blood pressure."
