Nägel machen Leute
<p>Fühlst du dich manchmal zu Dingen hingezogen, die laut Gesellschaft eigentlich nicht "für dich" bestimmt sind? In dieser sehr persönlichen Folge nehme ich dich mit auf eine kleine Reise – oder besser gesagt: auf meine Nägel.</p><p>Was als Partylaune mit dunkelblauem Lack begann, löste in mir ein unerwartetes Gefühl von "Zuhause-Sein" aus. In dieser Folge beschreibe ich den emotionalen Weg, der bei diesem Moment begann und zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt mit meinen langen gemachten Nägeln, die ich ständig trage, endet.</p>

Alles anders
<p><strong>Lange war es still – jetzt wird es ehrlich.</strong></p><p>Seit September gab es keine neue Folge mehr, und das hatte einen Grund: Das alte Konzept hat sich nicht richtig angefühlt. Statt unpersönlicher News und Empfehlungen wage ich heute den Schritt in die „radikale Ehrlichkeit“.</p><p>In dieser Folge nehme ich euch mit auf eine Reise der Erkenntnis. Warum fällt es mir – und so vielen anderen, die als Männer erzogen wurden – so schwer, über Gefühle zu kommunizieren? Woher kommt dieses Schweigen? Ich spreche über meine Struggles im patriarchalen System, über die Angst vor dem falschen Wort und warum ich diesen Podcast ab jetzt als eine Art öffentliche Konfrontationstherapie nutze.</p><p>Es geht um das Verlernen alter Muster, den Mut zur Veränderung und dass ich seit Oktober Gelnägel trage. Schnallt euch an, es wird persönlich.</p>
