Make it straight and smooth for Him.'"</p><p> This is the actual transmission of Mark 1:2-3. Regardless of the accreditation, whether Malachi or Isaiah. In order to help level the understanding as best as possible with the first century audience, This version includes the whole of each prophetic statement. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p> While there is ongoing debate about whether the original ending of the Gospel of Mark was lost or intentionally left open-ended, most biblical scholars conclude that the original surviving testimony in Mark’s gospel concludes at verse 16:8. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p></p>
