For 90 years, women preached, planted churches, translated Scripture, and financed missions across Nigeria — and most of their names never made it into the official record. Dr. Lami Rikwe Ibrahim Bakari joins us to change that.
Dr. Lami is a Langham scholar and Head of the Department of Mission at JETS (Jos, Nigeria), and author of Women in Mission. In nearly 40 years of ministry she's planted seven churches, founded two schools, and worked as a hospital chaplain — all while researching a history the institutional Church tried to forget.
