Podcast: Stop and Change Your Observation Point EPISODE 242
When you face a challenge, it can feel as though there is only one way to see it. As a Stop-Sign. The obstacle is right in front of you. Its meaning seems obvious. Your next move seems limited. You are prevented from moving forward.
Autumn Perrault (https://www.instagram.com/stories/autumn.marie.p/), the BioHacking RN (https://biohackingrn.com/), a registered nurse, and a friend of mine, uses a Stop-Sign visual to discuss the Terrain Theory (https://www.fxnutrition.com/blog/terrain) of medicine, when she gives talks and lectures to nursing students.
Autumn uses her Stop-Sign visual to show how much your point of observation matters. When you look straight down at a Stop-Sign from above, it appears as a thin line. View it from the side and it is still a thin line. Walk behind it and you see an unmarked octagon shape. Stand in front of it and you see the familiar octagon shaped red and white sign, with one large word: STOP.
In your own life, it is your point of observation of an obstacle, a Stop-Sign in your life, that matters.
Look at all Stop-Signs in your life from all angles from that of a neutral observer (https://cocoave-media.info/its-hard-to-see-the-picture-when-youre-standing-in-the-frame) with discernment (https://cocoave-media.info/discernment-or-judgement/).
A neutral observer using discernment is someone who perceives a situation, event or person from a new higher point of view and an expanded and higher-level of consciousness without forming any judgements or criticisms of the situation, event or person.
The next time a challenge blocks your path, stop and move around it in your mind as a neutral observer using discernment using Autumn’s Stop-Sign visual (https://biohackingrn.com/knowledge). Look at it from above, from the side, from behind, and from the front.
How else can you use any Stop-Signs you encounter in your own life to change your point of observation?
f you change your observation point when you encounter a Stop-Sign, you can easily create a significant positive impact in your own life.

Podcast: The Power of Disassociation EPISODE 241
In personal growth circles, we often hear about the importance of the 4C’s of connection, cooperation, collaboration and co-creation (https://cocoave-media.info/the-new-paradigm-of-the-4-cs/?highlight=cooperation).
We are encouraged to connect (https://cocoave-media.info/the-new-paradigm-of-the-4-cs-connection/), cooperate (https://cocoave-media.info/the-new-paradigm-of-the-4-cs-cooperation), collaborate (https://cocoave-media.info/the-new-paradigm-of-the-4-cs-collaboration) and co-create (https://cocoave-media.info/the-new-paradigm-of-the-4-cs-co-creation) with other people and with our own unique soul purpose, our own relationships, our own communities and our own goals.
Yet there is another equally important concept that receives far less attention: the ability to disassociate, then disconnect from things that are not good for us.
Disassociation, in this context, is not about denial or avoidance. Rather, it is the conscious decision to separate ourselves from negative thoughts, behaviors, environments, people, influences and energies. that no longer support our growth, well-being, or positive transformation.
Before we can move toward something better, we must first disassociated then disconnect from what is holding us back.
How can you disassociate then disconnect from things in your own life?
Positive transformation is about both what we are willing to release from our lives and what we put back into our lives.
Small acts of disassociation and disconnection create powerful transformations over time and create a postive impact in your life.

Podcast: The Passage Between – Thriving in the Ambiguous Space in the Chaos of Change EPISODE 240
Human life is rarely defined by permanence. It is instead defined by change (https://cocoave-media.info/change-what-does-it-take-to-get-to-the-next-level-2/).
You do not live in static conditions. You live your life in dynamic conditions.
A career begins and ends. Relationships form and dissolve. Health changes. Beliefs evolve. Technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) disrupt industries.
You move through periods of uncertainty in the chaos of change (https://cocoave-media.info/product/free-e-book-successfully-surfing-the-chaos-of-change-2/) before your life stabilizes into something new.
Between every significant “before” and “after” exists an interesting space: called the “passage.”
A “passage” is the ambiguous space between two change events.
A “passage” is a psychological, emotional, intellectual, relational, and spiritual interval space between what was and what will become.
A “passage” is often where your most important personal growth actually occurs.
How can you use effective use “passages” when they occur your own life?
Reacting to “passages” and change in a positive way can help you create a positive impact in your personal and professional life.
