Episode 15: Reflecting on Human Design and the Akashic Records with Britta Buchanan of Aligned and Undefined

~ Outrageous Optimist - where we are sharing the light to cultivate a safe space for growth with optimism and oversharing, taboo and woo topics, and opportunities to find your tribe, mentors, and tools. I’m your host, Angela McGrady. SPONSORSHIP This podcast is sponsored by Clairical Consulting. At Clairical Consulting, we envision a world where every entrepreneur has access to the knowledge and support they need to succeed and to promote more awareness about necessary tools to create order from chaos in the operation of a small business. Check out clairicalconsulting.com for more information. GUEST INTRO - Britta Buchanan Britta Buchanan is the founder of Aligned and Undefined. She spent much of her 20s feeling disconnected and lonely, without quite realizing it. She found Human Design early on in her Saturn Return Season, which coincided with the extended time at home brought on by Covid lockdowns. Though she initially dismissed it (she did not believe in astrology or channeling at the time), Britta’s intuition guided her back to it about a year later. Long story short, Human Design, particularly the information about her Reflector aura, ended up being a catalyst for Britta. Britta also discovered the Akashic Records - a tool that immediately piqued her interest. When she first entered her Akashic Records in March of 2023, she was astounded by what she was able to learn and heal about herself. Aligned and Undefined was born in April 2023 when Britta changed her Instagram handle to the name. She launched her website and officially considered a business owner in August 2023, offering Akashic Records and Human Design Sessions to clients. Britta added copywriting and editing services in October 2024. In many ways, the journey is just beginning! Evolutions will continue, stay tuned! Episode 11: Communication from Beyond and Tips for Psychic Development with Psychic Medium Leslie Werling

GUEST INTRO - Psychic Medium Leslie Werling Since Leslie was a child, she was tapped into the world of psychic mediumship, without awareness of her gifts. She frequently knew of events before they happened, heard whispers in the quiet around her, felt the touch of spirit, and saw the inexplicable in the stillness of her surroundings. Yet, like so many others who are lightworkers, she dulled her senses over time out of fear: the fear of the unknown and most especially, the fear of what others would think. Despite her efforts to ignore these abilities, Leslie's Clair-senses gained strength and altered over time, leading her to seek help so that she could understand her experiences, rather than live in fear and without control. The early stages of her journey required a great deal of healing and patience, as she sought out the necessary tools and knowledge to further develop her craft. During that process Leslie gained a deeper awareness of energy, learning about the angels, spirit and other light beings, and how she can communicate with them in various ways. With the gift of clairaudience she can hear their words, gain innate knowledge through claircognizance, feel physical sensations and emotions spirits have felt with clairsentience, as well as receive visual communication through the gift of clairvoyance. At the beginning of her journey, Leslie sought training with a local psychic medium in Austin, Texas, and later progressed to work with celebrity Medium Lisa Williams. Since then, she has studied at the world-renowned Arthur Findley College, including having completed a mediumship intensive with internationally acclaimed Medium Chris Drew. Over the years her clientele has expanded from the local central Texas market to include celebrities and souls located across the country and around the world.
