Breaking the Cycle: Outside/In with Trailblazers Mentoring”
<p>In this episode of Outside/In, we’re spending time with Trailblazers Mentoring, a charity that supports young men in prison and after they get out through one-on-one mentoring and real-life support. Each year, they work with around 150 people, starting about six months before release and continuing for up to a year on the outside.</p><p>We hear from Yemi, one of the mentors, and Kyle, who connected with Trailblazers while in prison. Kyle was released last yea and since then, a lot has changed for him. He’s now at university studying Business Management and working with Trailblazers to support others.
