<p>Over The Bar 2024 Podcast with DJ Bonneau (Darryl John “DJ” Bonneau)** In this episode, I sit down with my good friend DJ a legend behind the turntables and a staple of the Kelowna music and rodeo scene for over <strong>30 years</strong>. Bonneau was the first DJ at the original <strong>Wild Horse Saloon</strong> where Dave Dobie and I later joined him, and he went on to become a beloved fixture at the <strong>OK Corral in Kelowna</strong>, The Ranchmans in Calgary Alberta and a very short stint at the Cowboys, spinning tracks and keeping dance floors packed for decades. But that’s not all — he’s also known far beyond the club scene. Bonneau travels the circuit doing <strong>rodeo announcing and DJing</strong>, bringing energy and music to events across the region. He’s the guy you want behind the mic or behind the boards — one of the nicest, most down-to-earth entertainers you’ll ever meet.
