EP67 – Back on the Tools, Back on the Pod & Getting Real
After a bit of a break, the boys are finally back — and it doesn’t take long for the usual Overworked and Underfucked chaos to kick off.
Rocco catches us up on his move from construction supervisor back onto the tools as a carpenter (and yes, he’s very bloody clear about the carpenter part 😂), while Timmy shares the laughs, characters and job-site banter that have come with his own career change from transport into civil construction.
But in the second half, the conversation takes a much more serious turn during the boys’ usual mental health check-in.
While Rocco is feeling better than he has in a long time after making some big changes in his life, Timmy opens up about a very different few months. Following his recent breakup and a number of other things piling up, Timmy shares that his mental health reached a point where he attempted to take his own life.
It’s an incredibly raw and important conversation about what can be happening behind the laughs, the banter and the brave face.
The boys are back — still taking the piss, still oversharing, but this episode is also a reminder of why sometimes you’ve just got to ask your mate:

Episode 66 -The Carpenter and the Batchelor
This week on Over Worked and Under Fucked, Timmy and Rocko are back doing what they do best – talking absolute rubbish and somehow making it entertaining.

Although parts of Taz’s journey have been spoken about before on the podcast, this episode goes a little deeper.
