UK’s first Zero Emission Zone begins in Oxford

Men's mental health: Challenging the stigma
We investigate why some men have a harder time talking about mental illness. We’re challenging the stigma that stops many of them from seeking help when they need it most. Figures show men are three times more likely than women to take their own lives. Only 36% of referrals to NHS talking therapies are for men, even though they're just as likely to suffer. This episode features some of Oxfordshire's men who have 'lived experience' of things like depression and anxiety, plus local mental health charities and experts.
