Türkiye siyasetinde “iyi saatte olsunlar” diye bir tanım vardır. Tarifi zor. Pek ortalıkta görünmezler, ama her krizde müdahale edip raydan çıkmak üzere olduğunu düşündükleri treni raya sokar, tekrar kaybolurlar. Bu isim, eskiden askerler için kullanılırdı; zamanla “derin devlet”e yapıştırıldı. Tarihimizde örneği çoktur; bir kısmını, yaptığım belgesellerde işlemiştim.
