This isn’t a list of lessons or a tidy self-help moment. It’s me unpacking what happens when you stop running, start digging, and realize you might be part of the mess you were trying to understand.

After more than a year of silence, I’m ready to show up, speak up, and stay for real this time. Call it a soft reboot, a survival story, or just me finally catching my breath.
