This channel started as a collection of episodes discussing aspects of health care and palliative care during COVID-19 from a community perspective hosted by Dr Fiona Rawlinson, Dr Elise Lang, Dr Rachel Lee. Following on from the pandemic it is developing into a platform for many conversations about aspects of palliative and end of life care.    Legal frameworks supporting palliative and end of life care

   This is a conversation with a Solicitor - Heledd Wyn - revisiting some of the issues arising from and posed by the legal frameworks in the UK. Our first conversation was during COVID-19 so it was fascinating to reflect now in 2026 on what, if anything has changed as a result of that experience. Although this is a UK law based conversation, the topics are still of interest and relevance to an international audience.
