Houseless: in the circle
The journey of a nomadic mystic is comprised of MANY elements. The main one, and most obvious is being house-less. I’m very Intentional to define the difference between house and home during this episode. In addition to talking about my journey into becoming nomadic, I touch on some of the biggest areas of growth I’ve experienced so far. My awareness of Freedom, Fear, Forgiveness, and Faith in my life has evolved exponentially during this current life chapter. Spiritually speaking: Food is bae …in the circle
No food rules here. Just talking about one of my first loves and our relationship. How my relationship with food connects me to my spirit, Love and ecstasy, and also shame and trauma. All the food experiences we have are “on the table”. Can every meal be an enlightening experience? How the food we choose, the beliefs we have about our food, and the way we eat it can be an experience with the present moment. Is it the food? Or is it US? Let’s talk about it…

Correction in the Circle Part 2
Welcome to Part 2 of the Correction Episode. This practice, also known as Ho’oponono, can be used as a path to freedom. To heaven on earth. To experiencing connection with others like never before. The Hawaiian word “ho’oponopono” translates into English simply as CORRECTION, to make things right or move back into balance. Through accountability, forgiveness, True Love, and Gratitude, we can choose to see the world as God sees it. Not as we tend to create it with judgements, sinful perception, separation, lack, and condemnation. I offer my understanding of this process to you as an invitation to take whatever pieces you need at this moment in order to live a life with more peace.

Please follow up by researching the Hawaiian practice of ho’oponopono which was made known to me by the story of Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len . I May have incorrectly referred to him as the founder, however his practice and example was integral in my ability to grasp the concepts. It’s definitely worth reading more about and integrating into your daily practice.
