About PAMOJA TURNING POINT | PAMOJA MINISTRY, A LIFE OF CHRIST INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES

PAMOJA TURNING POINT is an original storytelling podcast from Pamoja Ministry, a ministry of Life of Christ International Ministries. Not everyone walks away from God all at once. Sometimes it happens quietly. A prayer you stop praying. A boundary you slowly move. A compromise you learn to live with. A heart that once depended on God gradually becoming comfortable without His presence. And sometimes, you don’t realize how far you have traveled until something happens that forces you to look back. Pamoja Turning Point tells immersive, faith-centered stories about spiritual drift, relationships, choices, hidden struggles, consequences, awakening, restoration, and the moments that change the direction of a life. These are stories meant to be experienced, not rushed. Some will unfold in a single episode. Others will become a series, taking us deeper into the decisions, conversations, relationships, warning signs, failures, battles, and unexpected moments that shape a person’s journey. At the center of every story is a question: Where was the turning point? The moment the truth became impossible to ignore. The moment someone realized how far they had traveled. The moment a heart that had wandered began remembering the way home. The moment God began rebuilding what seemed lost. Many of these stories are rooted in real experiences, carefully retold so that the identity of the person becomes less important than the truth carried by the journey. Because perhaps the story is not only about them. Perhaps somewhere inside it, you will recognize yourself. My name doesn’t matter. If I tell this story right… you may hear your own. PAMOJA TURNING POINT — STORY VII THE SCHOOL WE DIDN’T KNOW WE WERE IN

(https://rss.com/podcasts/pamoja-turning-point/voicemail) PAMOJA TURNING POINT — STORY VII THE SCHOOL WE DIDN’T KNOW WE WERE IN We Thought We Were Building a Ministry — But God Was Also Building Us. What if the challenges, betrayals, disappointments, and unexpected battles you experienced were part of a school you never knew you had entered? In Story VII of Pamoja Turning Point, we revisit the early journey of Life of Christ International Ministries—a ministry born from a seed of faith, shaped by youthful passion, tested by human weaknesses, and refined through difficult experiences. What once appeared to be opposition, failure, and painful separation became lessons in leadership, character, discernment, forgiveness, and spiritual maturity. Through personal testimony and biblical reflection, we explore a profound possibility: What if God was not only preparing us for ministry, but using ministry to prepare us for life? Years later, many who walked through that journey are serving God in different churches and ministries. The school we didn’t know we were in helped shape who we became. Perhaps your own wilderness, disappointments, and unfinished dreams are classrooms in God’s greater preparation. Life is a school. And sometimes, the lessons we resist become the very wisdom we need for our future assignment. Discover the story behind the lessons. PAMOJA TURNING POINT — STORY VI THE QUEST FOR THE ANOINTING

Got something to say to this podcast? Send a voicemail, and you might hear yourself on the next episode! (https://rss.com/podcasts/pamoja-turning-point/voicemail) PAMOJA TURNING POINT — STORY VI THE QUEST FOR THE ANOINTING The Power, the Illusion, and the Battle Within What happens when a generation hungry for God’s power discovers that spiritual gifts do not necessarily produce spiritual maturity? At seventeen, I entered a prayer house that awakened an extraordinary hunger for the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Alongside other young believers, I embarked on a journey filled with prayer, fasting, spiritual encounters, and the pursuit of what we believed were hidden secrets to divine power. But our search would lead us into experiences we never imagined. From a desperate attempt to raise a young woman from the dead to encounters with self-proclaimed prophets, spiritual deception, compromised leaders, and ministries destroyed by scandals, our journey gradually exposed a painful reality: the greatest battle was not always against the darkness around us, but against the desires within us. And eventually, I would discover those same struggles in my own life. In Story VI of Pamoja Turning Point, I share an intimate testimony about spiritual hunger, disillusionment, temptation, personal responsibility, and the truth I wish I had understood when I was seventeen. We were searching for extraordinary anointing, but we were overlooking the foundations of a healthy Christian life: prayer, fasting, God’s Word, sanctification, obedience, self-control, character, and daily fellowship with the Holy Spirit. The revelation? There was never a secret formula that could replace a surrendered life. This is more than a story about failed ministries or questionable spiritual leaders. It is a journey of self-discovery and a reminder that what God develops within us matters just as much as what He accomplishes through us. “Do not become so fascinated by what God can do through you that you neglect what He wants to do within you.” My name doesn’t matter. If I tell this story right… you may hear your own. PAMOJA TURNING POINT — Real Stories. Deeper Conversations. A Stronger Tomorrow. PAMOJA TURNING POINT — STORY V THE EXCUSE

Got something to say to this podcast? Send a voicemail, and you might hear yourself on the next episode! (https://rss.com/podcasts/pamoja-turning-point/voicemail) PAMOJA TURNING POINT — STORY V THE EXCUSE A Mother’s Instinct and a Divine Detour She knew something was changing. She didn’t know what God was about to do. At seventeen, he was a Christian living between two worlds. He had given his life to Jesus at eleven, learned to pray and fast, taught Sunday school, and experienced the presence of God. Yet beneath his Christian identity, something was changing. Curiosity was growing. Convictions were weakening. The desire to belong was becoming stronger than the courage to stand apart. And excuses were becoming easier. One afternoon, he made plans with classmates to pursue an experience that contradicted everything he had been taught about holiness. To leave home without raising suspicion, he told his mother he was going to study. But his mother had other plans. She had noticed something in her son long before he was willing to acknowledge it. “You are not the same anymore.” Those were words she had repeated during his years of spiritual drift. She didn’t know about his secret plans. She didn’t know where he intended to go. But she knew something was changing, and she wanted her son to return to a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. So she insisted that he accompany her to a prayer gathering. What followed would become one of the most unforgettable experiences of his life. And remarkably, when the meeting ended, he still continued toward his original destination. But something inside him was no longer the same. In this deeply personal fifth installment of Pamoja Turning Point, we explore the extraordinary intersection of a mother’s instinct, a son’s hidden struggles, and what he believes was a divine intervention. Now a father himself, the narrator looks back with a new understanding of his mother’s concern, her prayers, and the spiritual inheritance she left behind. This story also confronts a difficult truth: The excuse is not always the beginning of spiritual drift. Sometimes, it is evidence that the drift has already begun. Through personal testimony and biblical reflection, Story V explores the seeds of compromise, the danger of rationalizing sin, the importance of godly parenting, and the mercy of God that calls us back before our choices take us further. For every parent praying for a wandering child. For every Christian quietly struggling with compromise. And for everyone who has ever looked back and recognized that God was working in moments they did not understand. Sometimes, the greatest turning point is not the door God opens before you. It is the door you finally decide not to enter. PAMOJA TURNING POINT — Real Stories. Real People. Real Grace. My name doesn’t matter. If I tell this story right… you may hear your own. PAMOJA TURNING POINT — THE GRAVE I DUG FOR MYSELF STORY IV

Got something to say to this podcast? Send a voicemail, and you might hear yourself on the next episode! (https://rss.com/podcasts/pamoja-turning-point/voicemail) PAMOJA TURNING POINT — STORY IV THE GRAVE I DUG FOR MYSELF | A Christian Going Undercover Real Stories. Real People. Real Grace. What happens when a man who once loved God with all his heart becomes a stranger to his faith, his family, and eventually himself? In this deeply emotional fourth installment of PAMOJA TURNING POINT, we follow the journey of a Christian who went undercover in the world, only to discover that the greatest danger was not being discovered—but forgetting who he really was. What began with small compromises gradually became a lifestyle of alcoholism, infidelity, rebellion, and spiritual emptiness. The man who once loved worship became insensitive to God’s Word. The husband who once cherished his marriage became distant and unfaithful. The father who should have been protecting his family became a stranger in his own home. Blinded by pride, he blamed everyone around him for the destruction his own decisions were causing. His marriage deteriorated. His children grew distant. The heartbreaking loss of his mother left him struggling with grief, guilt, and despair. His health declined, and the life he had spent years building began falling apart. Yet, somewhere beneath the darkness, one thing remained: the memory of the God he had loved since childhood. Then, one night, a violent attack brought fire to his driveway. That terrifying event awakened something within him. Confronted with the vulnerability of his family and the limitations of his own strength, he made a decision that would change his life. He returned to church. And on that unforgettable Sunday morning, during worship, he recognized a voice he had known since he was eleven years old. The voice had not changed. He had. As the worship called him to rise from the grave, he realized something extraordinary: The grave was not something someone else had prepared for him. He had been digging it himself, one compromise, one betrayal, and one destructive decision at a time. What followed was an unforgettable encounter at the altar—a moment of repentance, surrender, and renewed commitment that became the beginning of his journey toward restoration. Story IV also reveals a powerful lesson about relationships: sometimes we become so obsessed with the 20% we believe is missing that we risk destroying the 80% of love, commitment, and blessings already present in our lives. But what happens when we discover that we ourselves have become part of what is missing? THE GRAVE I DUG FOR MYSELF is a testimony of spiritual drift, broken relationships, personal responsibility, repentance, and the transforming grace of Jesus Christ. Perhaps you remember the person you used to be. Perhaps you remember when prayer was natural, worship was personal, and God’s presence was your greatest desire. Perhaps somewhere along the journey, you stopped recognizing yourself. Your story does not have to end where your failures have brought you. There is still hope. There is still room for repentance. And through Jesus Christ, there is still an invitation to return. “My name doesn’t matter. If I tell this story right… you may hear your own.” PAMOJA TURNING POINT A storytelling production of Pamoja Ministry — Life of Christ International Ministries. 🌐 https://pamojaministry.org (https://pamojaministry.org) ▶️ YouTube: @pamoja9924 🎧 Listen on your favorite podcast platform. 🙏 Need prayer? PAMOJA TURNING POINT-A CHRISTIAN GOING UNDERCOVER STORY III

Got something to say to this podcast? Send a voicemail, and you might hear yourself on the next episode! (https://rss.com/podcasts/pamoja-turning-point/voicemail) PAMOJA TURNING POINT — STORY III A CHRISTIAN GOING UNDERCOVER What happens when you never stop believing in God… but slowly build a life where He is no longer at the center? In Story III of PAMOJA TURNING POINT, the journey of spiritual drift enters a new and more sophisticated chapter. A young Christian who once experienced restoration enters university, where he encounters wealth, influence, ambition, education, and the promise of professional success. What begins as admiration becomes comparison. Comparison becomes dissatisfaction. And the desire to belong slowly becomes stronger than the convictions he once defended. The camouflage has returned. Only this time, it looks different. It is educated. Professional. Intellectual. Social. And even spiritual. As new friendships open doors to nightlife, relationships, and influential professional circles, the boundaries between faith and compromise begin to disappear. But the greatest danger emerges when he discovers other Christians living the same contradiction. The double life has returned. Only now, it has community. What once troubled the conscience becomes acceptable. What once required repentance becomes something to hide. And eventually, the compromise reaches the very Christian movement that had once helped rescue him from spiritual drift. A movement born from hunger for God’s presence begins collapsing under the weight of hidden lives, spiritual compromise, and broken trust. Through this deeply personal testimony, Story III explores the dangerous progression of spiritual drift—from comparison and pride to compromise, deception, and eventual collapse. Yet even in the ruins, one truth remains: The movement disappeared. But God did not disappear. This story is more than a confession of past mistakes. It is a warning, an invitation to examine our hearts, and a testimony of God’s mercy. Because the collapse is not always the beginning. Sometimes, it is simply the revelation of what has been growing in secret for years. And if God is exposing something in your life, He may not be exposing it to destroy you. He may be exposing it because He intends to rescue you. You do not have to experience every scar to learn every lesson. You do not have to lose everything before you come home. But what happens when the consequences of spiritual drift follow a man into his marriage, his family, and the very home he was supposed to protect? That is where the next turning point begins. PAMOJA TURNING POINT — A CHRISTIAN GOING UNDERCOVER STORY II

Got something to say to this podcast? Send a voicemail, and you might hear yourself on the next episode! (https://rss.com/podcasts/pamoja-turning-point/voicemail) Story II: A Christian Going Undercover What happened before what happened? Spiritual drift rarely begins with the visible fall. Long before the compromise becomes obvious, something quieter may already be happening beneath the surface. In Story II of PAMOJA TURNING POINT — A CHRISTIAN GOING UNDERCOVER, we trace the journey backward and discover that the first crack was not sexual sin, pornography, or rebellion. It was a crisis of identity. It is one thing to live as a Christian inside the protective environment of the church. It is another to carry that same identity into the classroom, workplace, friendships, relationships, parties, neighborhoods, and everyday environments where nobody knows who you are. What happens when a believer begins to blend in? First, identity becomes negotiable. Then boundaries. Then language. Relationships. Desires. Eventually, behaviors that once felt foreign begin to feel normal. Like a chameleon, you learn to change colors depending on the environment. And then comes the frightening reversal: after hiding your Christianity from the world, you begin hiding your worldly life from the Church. You thought you went undercover in the world. Now you are undercover in the house of God. But there is Someone camouflage cannot deceive. God. This story explores identity in Christ, the battle between flesh and Spirit, temptation, sanctification, shame, compromise, spiritual discipline, and the subtle progression of spiritual drift. It also returns us to the first Turning Point—the hospital experience that stripped away the camouflage and exposed the truth. But restoration raises another question. What happens when you have already drifted once? When you know the danger, have experienced mercy, returned to God, recognized camouflage in others, and even experienced spiritual usefulness and anointing… but somehow find yourself drifting again? The first drift taught one lesson. The second drift would reveal something deeper: Even a restored Christian can learn new colors. And the story is not finished. “And if I tell this story correctly… somewhere along the way… you may stop hearing his story. And begin hearing your own.” PAMOJA TURNING POINT Real Stories. Real People. Real Grace. My name doesn’t matter. If I tell this story right… you may hear your own. Stay tuned for the next part of the story.

PAMOJA TURNING POINT — A CHRISTIAN GOING UNDERCOVER — STORY I

Got something to say to this podcast? Send a voicemail, and you might hear yourself on the next episode! (https://rss.com/podcasts/pamoja-turning-point/voicemail) PAMOJA TURNING POINT — A CHRISTIAN GOING UNDERCOVER Not every Christian walks away from God all at once. Sometimes the journey begins quietly. A desire entertained. A wound left unresolved. A boundary moved. A compromise justified. A part of your identity hidden because, for a moment, being known as a follower of Christ would interfere with something you want to experience. In this opening story from PAMOJA TURNING POINT, Berry Mwamba explores the hidden journey of a Christian going undercover—someone who still believes in God, still knows Scripture, still remembers prayer and conviction, but slowly learns how to enter another world while concealing who he really is. The visible fall may happen in a moment. But what if the real fall began much earlier? Like termites quietly weakening a massive baobab from within, spiritual drift can develop long before anyone sees the damage. Desire is fed. Justification begins. Discipline weakens. Prayer becomes irregular. Boundaries that once provided protection begin to feel restrictive. Then opportunity arrives. And when the tree finally falls, everybody blames the wind. But the wind may have only exposed what had been happening inside for a very long time. A CHRISTIAN GOING UNDERCOVER is not a story told to condemn someone who fell. It is an invitation to look beneath the visible failure and ask a deeper question: What happened before what happened? Where did the drift really begin? When did conviction become negotiation? When did secrecy become necessary? And when someone realizes how far they have traveled from the person they once were… how do they get home? This is a story of wandering, hidden battles, weakened boundaries, awakening—and the possibility of a turning point. Because somewhere along the journey, you may stop hearing someone else’s story… and begin hearing your own. PAMOJA TURNING POINT Stories of wandering. Stories of awakening. Stories of coming home.
