We live in a very fragile environment, global warming, earthquakes, tsunami, limited sources of oils and other energy resources, pandemics and so on. We also have to be prepared to survive the unforeseen situations yet to come in future.
Yet we wage wars in the name of geopolitical border issues, in the name of religion, in the name of ideologies, also to gain power over other countries and their regions and resources.
There is a Sanskrit phrase found in Hindu texts such as the Maha Upanishad, “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” which means "The World Is One Family".
If we do not learn how to coexist then we don’t need any disasters, we are ourselves capable of causing an extinction to our human species. We already have successfully eradicated so many other species from our planet.
The world is like a big family, though we don’t agree with the ideologies of each other we have to learn to tolerate each other and find a way to live together. We as a human race have already so many issues to deal with, let’s not add to the problems. Let’s together send positivity in the universe by wishing well for every alive humans and peace to all the souls of this planet by chanting Aum loudly and send vocal vibrations in the universe of positivity and love.

Stop seeking approval from others!
Whenever we reach for something in the outside world to give us what we should be giving ourselves, we set ourselves up for disappointment.

Are you passive, aggressive or assertive?
As being aggressive can hurt others being passive can hurt yourself.
Being assertive on other hand is a healthier way of dealing with the people around you.

Let go of the grudges!
Consider how forgiveness can lead you down the path of physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
As you let go of grudges, you'll no longer define your life by how you've been hurt.
And won’t everyone like to lead a smooth life far away from hurt?

Choose a partner who is proud of you!
Choose a partner who is proud of your accomplishments, who appreciates you and who inspires you for every aspect of your life, be it career, health and fitness or relationships with others.
And yes you do the same for your partner and create a nurturing environment where you both can grow together in all the aspects of your lives.

Choosing our own battles
We should be very selective about the battles we decide to get involved into. Fighting every battle will deviate us from our long term goals.

Why anger is our worst enemy?
Anger is our worst enemy
When we get angry we lose everything.
We cannot think straight.
We cannot function properly.
We create more damage around us than a hand grenade.
We destroy our relationships with others.
We say things we cannot take back and later we wish we had never said those things to anyone.
We damage our inner calmness, mental peace and physical well-being as it affects our heart.
Along with that we lose self control as well as the control of the situation.
And last but not the least even if we are right people will blame us for reacting angrily and then the whole fault is ours.
People will not talk about who was right but they will discuss who behaved crassly.
So it’s time to get rid of our most destructive enemy, anger.
And try to achieve the inner peace in every situation by finding more assertive way of dealing with the various situations in our lives.
Believe me in today’s times the highest achievement isn’t the money or success, it is the inner peace.
If we achieve that we are the most successful people who can enjoy the true happiness of our lives.
