Parker's Podcast: I.T. Happens/DNP Solutions, LLC, Affiliate with Baron Weather
I am thrilled to announce an agreement between my company (I.T. Happens/DNP Solutions, LLC (https://ithappens.co/)) and Baron Weather (https://baronweather.com/). Baron Weather is the world’s leading provider of critical weather intelligence, serving industries such as: public safety, broadcast media, aviation, maritime, transportation, government, insurance, energy, and more. Baron has been in business since 1989 and pioneered weather innovations such as street-level storm tracking and weather radar. Countless individuals have seen Baron’s trusted severe weather data in action. If you have seen “VIPIR” Radar on television, you have already experienced Baron’s world-class storm tracking data. Baron radars are utilized all over the world and was the vendor of choice to upgrade the National Weather Services’ (NWS) radar network to Dual-polarization technology in the early 2000’s, data that is now in use by anyone who relies on the NWS radar data.
Baron’s critical weather intelligence will serve as the backbone of our “C.W.O” (Chief Weather Officer) Weather Services (https://www.parkernathan.com/weather-services) offerings we recommend and deploy to our clients. We can recommend to clients any of Baron’s suite of services, custom-tailored depending on the client’s industry and needs. The industry-leading product we will be promoting to clients is Baron Threat Net (https://baronthreatnet.com/), Baron’s web-based storm tracking and analysis map and notification solution. Here is a video episode of “Parker’s Podcast” where I announce the relationship and walk through a demo of the power of Baron Threat Net (https://youtu.be/YS-pl44aaHM).
Here are just some of the major advantages we will bring to our clients:
- Exclusive, patented severe weather and storm tracking data, ensuring our clients can easily track wind shear, hail, flooding, and more, down to street-level (data includes the Baron Tornado Index: the probability for damaging tornadoes on a scale of 1-10)
- Fastest severe weather alerts in the industry, including exclusive alerts for the early detection of hail, dangerous storms, and wind shear
- Exclusive high resolution radar data and weather forecast models, essentially a virtual meteorologist at one’s fingertips
- Historical data options: Ideal for insurance companies needing to verify claims or for public safety responders needing a debriefing of a major severe weather event
I am excited to bring these world-class products to our clients. I served in the weather industry for twenty years and know all the major players. Baron is the major weather provider and I am proud to put my personal endorsement behind 100%. I have personally been a long-time customer of Baron (paying out of my own pocket for their severe weather data, so I have personally “put my money where my mouth is” for years). I know the team well and fully trust them for severe weather storm tracking. I live in the heart of major severe weather events, so I have personally “battle tested” Baron’s severe weather data for years. Baron truly offers the most accurate, dependable, trustworthy, and reliable severe weather data in the industry. I know because I have personally lived through severe weather events depending on their severe weather data. This is more than a mere “sales pitch.” I know firsthand their weather data is the absolute best in the industry.
If your organization is ready to protect and save lives with the industry’s leading weather data, please contact us (https://www.parkernathan.com/contact) today or call 501-463-6253. We will provide you with a demo, allowing you to experience Baron’s exclusive weather data and see for yourself the power of Baron’s critical weather intelligence. We will also work with you to determine which of their weather services are the best fit for your needs, and coordinate with Baron to ensure you are fully deployed, trained, and ready for any major severe weather event.
