The Lives We Don’t Get to Live
We talk a lot about grief when someone dies. We don't talk nearly as much about all the other things we grieve. Relationships. Friendships. Cities. Careers. Old versions of ourselves. The future we were so sure we were going to have. After losing my uncle recently, I started thinking about the different ways grief shows up in our lives—and how sometimes the hardest thing to mourn is something that technically never happened at all. In this solo episode, I talk about grieving the lives we don't get to live, why reinvention can sometimes become another way of running, and the question I've been asking myself lately: What exactly am I grieving? Because moving forward doesn't mean something didn't matter. And grief isn't the opposite of moving forward. Sometimes it's part of how we do.

The Illusion of Nightlife
There’s a moment in nightlife where everything still looks perfect and you realize something feels off. Nothing obvious. Just a quiet shift. Like you’re seeing the same room… differently. This week’s episode of Party Girl Interrupted is about that moment — the gap between what it looks like, and what it actually is. Because nightlife runs on illusion. Access that feels like power. Attention that feels like validation. Proximity that feels like connection. And for a while, it works. Until it doesn’t. Until you’re surrounded by everything… and still feel completely alone. And the hardest part isn’t getting in. It’s realizing you don’t want to stay. 🎧 Episode 3: The Illusion of Nightlife is live now
