Glad to see you in the first episode of 2024!
We tried a new format for our conversations in this one.
So, there is a game for learning new English phrases.
We prepared four facts using phrases we'd like to add to our active vocabulary.
Our phrases are "break free from/off" and "open up."
Three of four facts are true, and one is false.
The game aims to guess which one is false.

Experience of solution to the issue.
In this episode, Kat shares her process of creating her first own website.

#003 - Overcoming fears
Here’s a story about overcoming fear. It is important to distinguish between fears that protect our physical and mental health and fears that protect us from a better life. There are some questions to check it out.
What is behind my fear? What will happen if the fear disappears? What will change in my life? What will I be able to do? What will I be able to stop doing?
You’ll create an alternative scenario of life without fear in your head. If it’s attractive for you, do not allow your fear to rule your life. Keep in mind this scenario, moving by little steps forward.
Dear listeners, do you have experience of overcoming fears?
Do you have fears? What is behind your biggest one? 😊
And, finally, can you drive? Do you remember your first time behind the wheel?
Express yourself, and tell us your story!

#002 - Embracing Change
We'll talk about embracing change today. Jhonatan will tell his story of emigration from Brazil to Canada.
In addition to learning new things, emigrants also have to do familiar things in new ways. Things, which they call later as a daily routine, previously look like the track of Super Mario.
