But each of these relationships and touch points does require a different approach. And so like a pilot, leaders have to adjust their altitude and adapt their engagement styles to fit the audience in order to maximize their effectiveness and success as a leader. So being able to adapt ones approach based on who you're talking to is key to being a great leader.
