I'm gonna put that check in the checkbox and I'm gonna move on, okay? Because everything's hunky-dory. No, don't stop your due diligence that early, okay? Why is that? It's because a real estate, or excuse me, a financial audit is actually checking the books for accuracy. It is not actually evaluating the underlying loans for safety, okay? So when you ask if a real estate debt fund or any private credit fund has an audit, okay, what you're looking for is were the financial statements presented fairly under accounting standards and do the books that are presented actually match reality, okay?
