With guests from all walks of life, we're proving truth is medicine, oversharing is a love language, and every “what the f**k am I doing with my sad little life?” moment can be turned into a blessing.
Hosted by Georgia Godworth, each episode unpacks the highs, lows, and chaotic middle bits of being human. Addiction, spirituality, identity, mistakes, breakthroughs, and the messiness of our inner worlds. Think 3 a.m. honesty, without the next-day dread.

At 43, Melanie had never been kissed by a man.
She had spent most of her life believing that women with disabilities weren’t supposed to be sexual, desirable or in relationships. Then one conversation with a support worker opened a door she didn’t even know existed. Melanie hired a sex worker.
What followed completely changed her relationship with her body, intimacy, confidence and desire. She made a fantasy list, learnt what she liked, discovered that she could be desired, and eventually realised she wanted something she never thought was possible for her.
