The set up for the practice is explained (7:30) including ways to arrange the body and then you are guided through the practice itself (9:07) followed by my own personal insights from a month of daily practice (19:20) and ending with some self inquiry questions you can utilize to deepen your experience of working with the practice.

In the practice (13:27) we move through a practice of breath awareness through a three stage guided observation of the breath.
Then we wrap up the episode (27:50) with Breanna's personal insights and our self inquiry questions to deepen your experience.
