Do you need encouragement? When God speaks a promise to us, we have a responsibility to not only believe it but maintain that faith in our hearts. Faith is the divine part. However, courage is the human response that helps to not only keep the faith in our spirits, but motivate us to pursue and believe the fulfillment of that promise is on the way.
My name is Pastor Paul Heidt. Please join me a I share a bit of truth and wisdom imparting the life of Christ through teaching God's Word.
In this Believers Baptism in the Bible sermon, Pastor Paul explains that in a race, how you end up has a lot to do with how you begin. If you begin strong, you have a much better chance of winning. The same is true in education. Learning advanced things as an adult is much easier if you learned the basics as a child. Many business people also discovered the importance of getting their business off to a strong start. What is true in the natural is also sometimes true in the spiritual. If you get off to a strong start by obeying what the believers baptism in the bible message tells you to do, you will find it much easier to grow strong in your walk with Christ.

The Good Provider
Who is the good provider? The marketing teams from Madison Avenue have done a good job of giving most of us Americans the bad case of the wants. We have been told that we will not be happy unless we have something else that's newer, bigger, better and shinier than what we already have. It is their job to create perceived needs in us so that we will go and buy what they are selling. It is our job to discern between God's Word and their advertisements and see how it lines up with what God says.

Be Baptized Everyone
Be baptized everyone of you. It's amazing today how many people proclaim faith in Jesus Christ and never have been baptized. Jesus, after His resurrection, was giving a command to the apostles and to the rest of the church’s disciples in Matthew 28 to go out there! Evangelize and tell people about the truth of Jesus Christ. When they repent of their sins and put their faith in Jesus, then make them into disciples! How? The first step is by baptizing them in water.
Today I would like to teach you on not only the importance of water baptism but why in the early church, there was a command to all the believers: Pastor Paul shares a bit of truth and wisdom imparting the life of Christ through teaching God's Word. #paulheidt #paulheidtministries, #abitoftruth
You can view the service at www.christisalive.org (//www.christisalive.org), ECC’s Facebook Live or download our church app (Evangelical Christian Church - Waterbury) if you haven’t already. Would you please help us out in sharing this information especially with those who are not online. Remember the church is not a building, ~it’s the people of God, ~filled with the presence of God, ~set apart to do the works of God. Christ has enabled us to do that in the world and not primarily in a building. Remember the golden rule during this time of uncertainty. Let’s use this time to advance the purposes of God and stay connected with each other. Romans 8:28, Pastor Paul Heidt
