Dr. Cindy Lee on De-Westernizing Spiritual Formation, Rest as Justice, and Reimagining Church
We welcome Dr. Cindy Lee to discuss her book Our Unforming:De-Westernizing Spiritual Formation and how her Taiwanese American interfaith upbringing revealed gaps in dominant Western spiritual formation. She contrasts Western patterns (linear, cerebral, individual) with more cyclical, experiential, communal approaches, while integrating a Rest Practice. You'll be sure to understand why we had to have Dr. Cindy Lee on! Tune in for this great conversation!
