[…] What happens that's different than top-down mandate in this innovation curve implementation is that everybody's ready to implement when it comes time. So we're getting people ready. The problem with the top-down mandate is they're not ready, so you get pushback because they can't see it. They're out of their comfort zone a little too far. I don't mind people being out of their comfort zone. That's where we learn. But if you start getting a fight or flight, you're too far out of your comfort zone. So what we're doing is we're getting people ready to implement and they do. They implement and it sticks. […]
